Glendale BC 13's 5 vs. 5 Stonehaven YFC Utd

The magic point Tally is 67pts - that is what Glendale XI need to win the title this year - that point tally could drop should Hazlehead or Turriff drop points but Glendale only have to worry about themselves and let the rest do the same. Hazlehead kept their slim hopes alive last night as they knocked 8 past BSFC but they were looking for a favour from the Glendale boogie team Don Athletic but the Bridge of Don side just did not have enough in their tank as Glendale won 5 - 2. Glendale XI now sit pretty at the top of the league with 62 points, because Turriff are not scheduled to play this weekend it looks like the title dreams will be put on hold until next week but now it is a matter of when and not if Glendale XI pick up the title.

The chasing pack need to win all their remaining games and with one of those games being Turriff vs. Hazlehead one if not both their dreams of doing the impossible could end there, but the title could already be in the Glendale Trophy room and collecting dust before that fixture is even pencilled in.

Next up for Glendale is McTeagle, on the McTeagle home patch the Dale lads chalked up a nice 6 - 1 victory. As for Hazlehead they go away to Ellon Amateurs in what will be a tricky tie and from the looks of it the Turriff guys will have to sit at home and wait.

OK Guys I am about to start on the Third Version of the Website probably at the weekend maybe next week sometime before I take on my new duties next season full-time.

Glendale Ladies section is now all updated - Ladies since the split have one win and a Draw from their first two games well done to them and good luck for the remainder of the season.

While I am on well done to the Under 11's who notched up their first victory this past Sunday - well over due lads

OK Guys a bit late but all updates are done exceptions are the Glendale Youths and Ladies League tables one because there has been no updates on the official site and the Ladies site was down when I tried to retrieve the info.

Just a reminder guys that league tables will not be updated until Sunday Night once all Sundays games have been played

Hopefully next week I will be sending out all your team sheets so you can start making your choices for the various end of season trophies. I will need your Player of the Year in by the end of next week so as we can get those trophies engraved with the rest.

Still waiting for trophies from last season to come in. I will get a more in depth list out next week after the Managers meeting on Monday night.
